Low Acid Coffee

Low acid coffee is coffee that has been specially processed or brewed to reduce its acidity level. Regular coffee is naturally acidic, with a pH level ranging from 4.5 to 6.0. This acidity can cause discomfort or digestive issues in some people, particularly those with sensitive stomachs or acid reflux.

To make low acid coffee, the beans are either grown in lower altitude regions or processed using methods that reduce the acid content. Some of the common methods used include roasting for a longer time at a lower temperature, using water processing, or using a natural fermentation process.

Here are the coffees we found to be naturally low in acid.
